Pada hari pertama Lebaran itu, bus Transjakarta akan memulai operasi pada pukul 09.00 WIB atau empat jam lebih lambat dibanding hari biasa pukul 05.00 WIB.

"Perubahan hanya berlaku di hari pertama untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi para petugas kami gunaberibadah salat dan bermaaf-maafan sesuai tradisi umat Islam pada saat Idul Fitri," kata M. Akbar kepada ANTARA di Jakarta, Kamis.

Tak hanya memundurkan waktu awal operasi, pengelola bus Transjakarta juga akan mengurangi armada sebanyak 30 persen, karena hari itu diperkirakan jumlah penumpang akan turun drastis.

Menurut Akbar, pengurangan armada akan dilakukan pada seluruh koridor secara merata tanpa memberi prioritas khusus kepada koridor tertentu.

"Hari pertama kan biasanya sepi penumpangnya.  Oleh karena itu kita kurangi armada menjadi tinggal 70 persen saja. Pengurangan itu merata di seluruh koridor, tidak ada yang kami prioritaskan," ujarnya lagi. (*)

Terpenuhinya hak hidup sehat bagi seluruh penduduk tanpa terkecuali, merupakan tujuan utama implementasi Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono mengatakan, seluruh penduduk akan memiliki jaminan kesehatan paling lambat pada 2019.

Menurut Presiden, pada awal tahun 2014 akan dibentuk dan mulai beroperasi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan untuk menyelenggarakan jaminan kesehatan secara nasional tersebut.
"Paling lambat pada tahun 2019 mendatang, seluruh penduduk Indonesia telah memiliki jaminan kesehatan," kata Presiden dalam Pidato Kenegaraan dalam rangka HUT ke-67 Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI di Gedung DPR Jakarta, Kamis,

Menurut Presiden, sebagai tindak lanjut dari penetapan Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional, Pemerintah dan DPR telah menyetujui untuk disahkannya Undang-Undang No. 24 Tahun 2011 tentang BPJS.

Dengan adanya UU tersebut, maka secara bertahap, lima jenis jaminan sosial yaitu jaminan kesehatan, jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan hari tua, jaminan pensiun, dan jaminan kematian, akan dapat dinikmati oleh rakyat.

Jaminan Persalinan

Sejalan dengan program itu, pemerintah juga mengembangkan Jaminan Persalinan untuk lebih dari 2,5 juta ibu melahirkan.

"Melalui program ini, insya Allah kita dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) sejalan dengan percepatan pencapaian MDG`s. Semuanya itu, merupakan jawaban kita untuk mewujudkan perluasan pelayanan kesehatan bagi rakyat. Inilah esensi dari reformasi kesehatan," kata Presiden.

Lebih lanjut Presiden mengatakan, reformasi kesehatan ini diharapkan akan mengubah paradigma dari sekadar berobat gratis menjadi sehat secara gratis.

"Melalui reformasi kesehatan, kita ingin membangun rakyat Indonesia yang bukan saja sehat fisiknya, tetapi juga sehat jiwanya, agar dapat membangun bangsa yang kuat, tangguh dan cerdas," demikian Yudhoyono.
