5.4 Quake in Bengkulu, South of SR (BMKG)Jakarta (Reuters)-an earthquake with a Richter scale 5.4 kkuatan (SR) rocked the southwestern region, South of Bengkulu.
Based on data from Meterorologi, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) Center, the quake occurred at 10.09 P.M. at 4.94 South latitude and 102,81 Longitude East, at 73 km southwest of Bengkulu in southern area.
Automatically alerts you that the epicenter BMKG is at sea depth of 17 km and no tsunami potential.
